Late Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that when a client cancels an appointment with minimal notice, it is challenging to fill these appointment times, which ultimately means that another client cannot access support. Please see some further information about this policy below. Thank you for your understanding.

• Cancellations must be advised 24 hours prior to your appointment.

• A cancellation fee of $80 may apply if sufficient notice is not given, however this is circumstantial and is at the discretion of the clinician.
